1. How long does delivery take?
3 - 5 working days. Contact us via email, contact form, or the WhatsApp button at the bottom of the website if you have any urgent delivery.

2. Can I switch the onesies to other color for the gift sets?
Yes! We welcome customized matching of the gift sets to your choice. Simply contact us and we will work something out together!

3. What if I chose the wrong size?
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, kindly notify us about it, and then arrange the return at your own cost. Do ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach us. Subsequently, we will coordinate the dispatch of the replacement item in the correct size to you, covering the associated shipping fees on our end. 

4. What if I did not receive any confirmation email after placing order?
Kindly review your junk or spam folders, as occasionally the email might end up there. If you really haven't received the order confirmation email, kindly get in touch with us at babybunsg@gmail.com. Provide us with your name, email address, and phone number, we will check and get back to you promptly.

5. How do I track my order?
The tracking information will be sent to your email address upon order dispatch. For further queries, please feel free to drop us a message at babybunsg@gmail.com with your order number and we will get back within 1 business day.

6. Can I cart add multiple gift sets if I intend to have them delivered to different locations?
No, you may not. Kindly cart them separately so that we can allocate each set to its respective destination. Only combine items in the cart if they are all being delivered to the same location.

7. Can I combine items in the cart if they are all being delivered to the same location but want to include different message cards for each gift set?
Certainly, you can combine them. However, you'll have to cart one item at a time, indicating the message for each respective gift set in the cart.
