Refund

We have poured a great deal of thought into creating Baby Bun, and it's our aspiration that our products align with your expectations. However, if you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we allow refunds of full-priced items within 15 days of purchase. Regrettably, beyond this 15-day window, we won't be able to facilitate any refund.

Contact us via email (babybunsg@gmail.com) / WhatsApp (91720362) to request for refund, and then make arrangement to return the item in its original packaging within 15 days to:

Kindly note that all returns are self arranged at your own cost. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach us.

Upon receipt and examination of the item by our team, we will notify you when the refund is issued.

 

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, kindly notify us about it, and then arrange the return at your own cost. Do ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach us. Subsequently, we will coordinate the dispatch of the replacement item in the correct size to you, covering the associated shipping fees on our end.



Damaged or Faulty Item

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact our team via email (babybunsg@gmail.com) / WhatsApp (91720362) with your name, address & order number, we will arrange a collection and redelivery for you once we have received the faulty item.

Items purchased with a discount will not be eligible for exchange or refunds.
